Prague’s Hotel Josef is a modern masterpiece, Minimalism at it’s finest. The building is made up of  glass, limestone and chrome. It’s not flashy, but sleek and bold.  Eva Jiricna, the architect of Hotel Josef has pulled the best part of Communist-era design from Prague for this hotel.

But don’t let the, what you may see, as a cold exterior fool you. Inside you will find lots of space, well spaced rooms, modern design and the usual free WiFi, conference rooms and a lobby bar.

Even though not officially a tree house as it’s not in a tree, it fits in pretty well. About $1.9 million, plus land and installation will get you this next generation tree house.

The International design firm Sybarite is under contract to develop at least three of these next-generation tree houses for clients in Arizona, Australia, and Italy. The home is made of 70% recycled material.

This design seems like the perfect fit to live in the forest, but not in the “actual” Forest, since you are seperate from the trees themselves.
